Hi,

I received my SkyTC Xenta unit and I am delighted with it. A bonus is that my router has a USB port which I plugged a thumb drive into and the Xenta plays my music

and shows pics - so no need for streaming via my computer.

I am not good technically and I installed the firmware update website. I cannot see my username on the xenta and the stations I added do not appear.

Does anyone know how I confirm the update has taken place ? (I did get confirmation via the xenta that it had) Also, please does anyone know if system reset removes the update?

Thank you

Hello,

If you navigate to "internet tv" or "internet radio" and then select region, you should see 10 different regions with "1. My Favorites" on top of the region list..
Select My Favorites and then look for your username. I checked and your device did indeed take the update and you are using this server for the stations.

Have fun,
William
