Okay, should be solved now..

I am a registered user on site. If I add new station and make typo in security image text then I get error message: "Suggestion rejected: the text you entered for the security image was incorrect". It is right. But if I enter security image text correctly for the second time then I get another error message: "Suggestion rejected: your email is invalid". So I must open new form for adding station and fill it again.
