The issue is resolved and my favorites are appearing again on the radio.  Great work and thanks again!

All seems to be working. a reset should not be needed.. 
it should just grab newer data from the server as soon as the server date/time is past the cache limit on your device.
The reason is simple.. the devices caches the lists for a period of time so that if the server is not reachable it can still operate normally.

I will wait on resetting the radio until you give the word that the issue is corrected.  Thank you for your help.

On my Vistaquest Radio in the Settings, in the My Favorites username account, there are no names including my own listed, so there fore I cannot receive anything in the Internet Radio section. I have cleared the cache, restarted the radio, and still nothing in the Internet Radio or My Favorites section. However, the time, news, weather, and User pincode, and everything else is correct as I have set it, and the LL icon is not crossed out.  My favorite stations are still on the website here. Any solutions? Thanks.

Did you enable the right hardware in the setup?

Otherwise, did you try to setup a new account?

My username is not showing up on My Favorites User Account on my Vistaquest radio, so radio stations programmed on this site cannot be accessed on my radio.Any solutions?
