I have a working mode Dmtech IR-5000, how to dump the bootloader and share it with others?

It was explicitly mentioned not to update any other models with that bootloader!!
We do not have any other bootloaders so we can not fix it.
Try to find a working model, dump the bootloader and share it with others.

Is there any way to restore original bootloader Dmtech IR-5000.
Can anyone have it?
Now when you connect the USB cable the computer does not see storage.
What to do to use it again? Telnet itp?
My frient think hi used KW-1004 from Centrios_Akira _update.zip file and now the radio dont start anymore.
Please help.
